<ul><li>Licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.</li><li>Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing, with active CPR certification.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership and management capability within a clinical or multidisciplinary healthcare setting.</li><li>Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Sales, marketing, and business development experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for patient engagement and clinic growth.</li></ul>
