Sr. Clinical Consultant - Health System Ops (RN required)

This role supports Federal healthcare clients in improving clinical workflows, operational processes, and adoption of Oracle Health solutions—from workshops and deployment planning through go-live stabilization and optimization. It suits an adaptable, client-focused RN who can translate operational challenges into clear recommendations and stakeholder-ready deliverables.

Required qualifications include a BSN, active unrestricted RN license, and 3+ years of clinical, healthcare operations, technology, or consulting experience. Federal healthcare, Oracle Health/Cerner, and implementation experience are preferred; U.S. citizenship, security-clearance eligibility, and up to 80% travel are required.

As a member of a consulting team, you will partner with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to evaluate current workflows, support future-state design activities, and assist customers through organizational change associated with technology adoption.
