<ul><li>World class customer service skills</li><li>1-3+ years experience in a similar role</li><li>Proficiency with CCC One, Audatex, and/or Mitchell estimating systems</li><li>Familiarity with various insurance direct repair guidelines</li><li>I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus</li></ul>
