Heavy Duty Mechanic

<p>Job Duties</p>

<ul>

<li>Perform diagnostics, pre- inspections, and troubleshoot all our light duty to heavy-duty trucks and trailers.</li>

<li>Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on engines, brakes, electrical systems, hydraulic, and other mechanical components.</li>

<li>Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.</li>

<li>Work well and fit in with our existing team members to solve complex mechanical issues.<br></li>

<li>Assist with parts ordering and inventory management as needed.</li>

<li>Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.</li>

</ul>

<p>What you bring to the table:</p>

<p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p>

<ul>

<li>Red Seal certification or equivalent in Heavy Duty Mechanic/Truck &amp; Transport Technician, will look at someone with the right mix of knowledge and experience&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience welding and light fabrication, wiring and hydraulics both on trucks and trailers</li>

<li>Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems</li>

<li>Experience using different diagnostic tools and techniques</li>

<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>

<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li>

<li>Knowledge of safety procedures and adherence to safety standards</li>
