Physical Therapist

<p>Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced&nbsp;<strong>Physical Therapist</strong>&nbsp;to provide services to&nbsp;<strong>Optimize the Human Weapon System (OHWS)</strong>&nbsp;program at Eielson AFB, AK.</p><p>As a key member of the Optimizing the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program, the&nbsp;<strong>Physical Therapist</strong>&nbsp;plays a critical role in sustaining the health, readiness, and performance of U.S. Air Force fighter aircrew. Embedded within operational squadrons, the PT addresses flight-related musculoskeletal injuries—particularly neck and back pain caused by high-G environments—and develops individualized injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization plans. By providing direct care, ergonomic education, and recovery strategies, the PT helps mitigate mission-impacting injuries, reduces downtime, and enhances aircrew longevity. This role is essential to ensuring that pilots remain physically capable of meeting the intense demands of aerial combat and mission execution.</p><p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct MSK Evaluations and Interventions.</li><li>Design, Implement, and monitor individualized injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.</li><li>Order Imaging, Labs, and Specialist consultations as needed.</li><li>Documentation of work performed in approved electronic record systems.</li><li>Educate Aircrew and leadership on injury prevention, ergonomics, and recovery strategies.</li><li>Comply with all DHA, DoD, and MTF protocols.</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
