CBI Clinician - Immediate Hiring

<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>Better Morning has immediate openings for full-time&nbsp;<strong>CBI II and CBI III</strong>&nbsp;roles in Washington, DC.<br>

<strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for providing clinical services as outlined by the policies and procedures of Better Morning.</li><li>Carry a caseload of CBI cases and will be required to meet and engage them 5 times a week</li><li>Provides services to youth and families in a culturally competent respectful manner</li><li>Provides individual and family counseling</li><li>Initiate CBI services within 24 hours of receiving the referral notification from supervisor</li><li>Initiates Family Team Meeting within 7-14 days of referral</li><li>Develops safety plan with the input of youth, family, and all stake holders</li><li>Educates the family about CBI services and role of CBI clinicians and CBI team</li><li>Explains the benefit of a team working with a family</li><li>Provides 24- hour availability for youth and families</li><li>Explain in detail to youth and family how crisis calls are handled 24/7 and the role of the CBI team</li><li>Provides CBI services in home, school, and community</li><li>Ensure the intensity of service meets the needs of the youth and family</li><li>Participates in CBI required training curriculum</li><li>Remains flexible to schedule sessions around youth and family’s availability</li><li>Complete MUI report in case of unusual incidents</li><li>Facilitate discharge team meetings including all stake holders</li><li>Participate in individual and group supervision as scheduled</li><li>Complete Relias and other required annual Trainings</li><li>Assists with the implementation of program initiatives as directed by Supervisor.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Child &amp; family counseling: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>CBI services: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul><p><strong>License/Certification:</strong></p><ul><li>LGSW/LGPC/QMHP license (Required)</li></ul>
