<p><strong>What you’ll be doing:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>As an Orchard Foreman, you’ll pay an important role in producing premium apples while leading and motivating a high-performing team. You’ll be hands-on in daily operations, working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities include:</p>

<li>Lead and coordinate daily orchard operations to maximise efficiency and quality outcomes</li>

<li>Implement orchard husbandry programmes as directed by the Orchard Manager</li>

<li>Ensure all orchard activities comply with relevant legislation</li>

<li>Supervise, motivate, and develop orchard staff, fostering a high-performing team culture</li>

<li>Champion a strong health and safety culture in accordance with company policies and procedures</li>

<li>Monitor orchard performance and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement</li>

<li>Proven experience in large-scale horticulture and orchard operations</li>

<li>Confident in coaching and supervising team members</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of orchard technologies and systems</li>

<li>Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance</li>

<li>Knowledge of pest control, disease management, and chemical use</li>
