About this role

<p>Assist with routine review of clinical and administrative records for required documentation.<br>

Review charts for completeness of assessments, treatment plans, consents, progress notes, authorizations, CAFAS/DLA-20 and other required documents.<br>

Maintain compliance tracking spreadsheets and audit logs.<br>

Assist with tracking missing or expired documentation.<br>

Support preparation for <strong>DBH, CARF, DHCF and other regulatory audits</strong>.<br>

Organize compliance documents and evidence for internal and external reviews.<br>

Assist with monitoring corrective-action items and follow-up deadlines.<br>

Help maintain compliance calendars and reminders.<br>

Identify documentation discrepancies and bring them to the Compliance/QI supervisor’s attention.<br>

Assist with monitoring staff completion of required compliance activities and training.<br>

<strong>Quality Improvement</strong><br>

<br>

Assist with monthly and quarterly <strong>QI audits</strong>.<br>

Enter and organize QI data and audit findings.<br>

Assist with identifying trends, recurring documentation issues, and service-delivery concerns.<br>

Prepare basic charts, spreadsheets, and reports for QI meetings.<br>

Assist with tracking QI indicators and performance goals.<br>

Support consumer satisfaction survey collection and analysis.<br>

Assist with reviewing grievances, incidents, complaints, and service concerns for tracking purposes.<br>

Help monitor corrective-action and performance-improvement plans.<br>

Assist with preparing materials for QI Committee meetings.<br>

Support process-improvement projects designed to improve documentation, service quality, and consumer outcomes.<br>

<br>

<strong>Administrative/Data Support</strong><br>

<br>

Maintain confidential electronic files in accordance with organizational policies.<br>

Use Excel/Google Sheets or other systems to organize compliance and QI information.<br>

Assist with data entry and reconciliation.<br>

Prepare weekly/monthly compliance reports for the supervisor.<br>

Participate in compliance/QI meetings and document assigned action items.<br>

Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.<br>
