<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

<p>The Electromagnetics Hardware Design &amp; Fab team supports the Signature Mgmt &amp; Survivability Org by providing hardware design, fabrication, and testing of LO apertures and RCS test fixtures. This includes RFcomponents, antennas, radomes, support structures, composite/metallic component/structures, and full scaleRCS/RF test fixtures. The candidate is to work design and fab of hardware in mostly a research and developmentenvironment with some production efforts. The candidate could be deployed to ADP or production programs, withmostly in a classified program, supporting a mix of flight and non-flight hardware. The mechanical engineer worksclosely with electrical engineers in RF designs as well as other disciplines (M&amp;P, stress, EEE) to produce novel RFand RCS solutions for platforms. The successful candidate is a strong mechanical engineer who can drivechallenging interdisciplinary problems from clean sheet design to fab, to test of hardware. Performing under tightschedules, the candidate needs to be a strong communicator and have strong project management skills.</p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related STEM degree</li><li>Working knowledge of CATIA V5, 3DExperience, and/or similar CAD experience</li><li>Experience with detail part / assembly design.</li><li>Working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&amp;T)</li><li>The candidate is not expected to be an expert, but should have knowledge in the fields of technical designand fabrication of metallic/composites materials.</li><li>Experience with design/integration of air vehicle platform(s) or aerospace components</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Experience with mechanical design of Electromagnetic/RF components, electrical packaging, power systemlayout, and circuit board design</li><li>General knowledge in fundamental EM theories</li><li>Experience in design for additive manufacturing</li><li>Experience managing various programmatics of projects (schedule, costs, procurement activity)</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
