</ul><p><u>YOUR MISSION</u></p>
<p>As a Senior Global Supply Manager at True Anomaly, you will report to the Manager, Global Sourcing and be a trusted partner to design, build, scale, and manage the Supply Chain function from the ground up. You will formulate processes, implement systems, and enable a strategic supply base to execute at scale, enabling the development of our groundbreaking technologies that redefine space security. </p>
<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Partner with Manager, Global Sourcing in development and implementation of a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with True Anomaly’s objectives, focusing on scalability, compliance, and resilience</li>
<li>Support make-vs-buy analysis and capacity planning across the supply base </li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers ensuring quality standards, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery schedules</li>
<li>Own supplier relationships and communicate with internal stakeholders on supply status, risks, and supplier development activities</li>
<li>Lead negotiations on cost, terms, capacity, and long-lead agreements; own total cost of ownership </li>
<li>Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with industry regulation and quality standards, particularly those specific to the aerospace sector (i.e. AS9100)</li>
<li>Partner with legal team to ensure supply chain complies with regulatory requirements including ITAR and export control laws</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, program management, production, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines and budgets</li>
<li>Implement and flow down process and policy requirements needed to ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and partner with broader organization on implementation </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field</li>
<li>8+ years of supply chain management experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, or technology manufacturing</li>
<li>Proven track record of developing and managing supplier relationships in a complex, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Deep understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning</li>
<li>Proficiency in supply chain management software suite of systems</li>
<li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Aerospace & Defense manufacturing, including ITAR and DFARS compliance</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to collaborate cross-functionally</li>
