<p>Job Title: Receiving Associate<br>Location: Chattanooga<br>Job Type: Full-Time<br>Reports To: Receiving Supervisor<br>________________________________________<br>Position Summary:<br>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced e-commerce warehouse team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurately unloaded, inspected, and processed into inventory to maintain a smooth supply chain and support timely order fulfillment.<br>________________________________________<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Unload inbound shipments from delivery trucks using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders.<br>o &nbsp; &nbsp;Including consistent use of the F6 notes as needed.<br>o &nbsp; &nbsp;Including consistent use of the memo function as needed.<br>o &nbsp; &nbsp;Proper documentation of packing lists and BOLs as outlined in the SOP.</p>

<p>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Inspect incoming products for damage, defects, or shortages and report any discrepancies.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Properly label and sort items for storage or cross-docking to other departments.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Update receiving records in the warehouse management system (WMS) or inventory software.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock and staging areas.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Load the P&amp;D rack positions.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Due to the importance of putaway over 24 hours, ensure workspace is clear of bins created the previous day.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ensure bins are organized and 100% accurate.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with Inventory Control and Quality Assurance teams as needed.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including but not limited to the following: putaway, picking, packing, and cycle counts.<br>________________________________________<br>Qualifications:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS software.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Good communication and teamwork skills.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.<br>________________________________________<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Forklift certification or experience is a plus.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Familiarity with e-commerce operations or fast-paced fulfillment environments.<br>________________________________________<br>Work Environment:<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;This position works in a warehouse setting with regular exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity.<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Schedule flexibility may be required, including weekends or overtime during peak seasons.</p>Pay range for this role:$17.50—$17.50 USD
