<h2><br><b>Company:</b></h2>Qualcomm Israel Ltd.<p></p><h2><b>Job Area:</b></h2>Engineering Group, Engineering Group &gt; Modem Technologies<p></p><p><u><b>General Summary:</b></u></p><p></p><p><b><i>S</i>enior Staff RTL Design Engineer - Haifa or Hod HaSharon</b></p><p></p><p>As an RTL Design Engineer, you would be responsible for one or more functional units of a micro-controller or application processor, while working closely with architecture, verification, modeling, validation, and implementation teams to meet all functional requirements and performance, power, area (PPA) goals.</p><p>An ideal candidate will have between <b>10 to15 years of work experience</b> in ASIC RTL design, CPU design, SoC integration, micro controller, and interconnect IP design.</p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Understanding the high-level specification and requirements of functional units of micro-controller and application processor products.</p></li><li><p>Define the Micro-architecture for a unit and developing its RTL, including all design stages.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with verification team on the test plan development for the blocks and verification closure.</p></li><li><p>Analyze synthesis/timing reports, identify and address critical areas to meet the PPA targets.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Skills and Experience:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with ASIC FE logic design. RTL coding, FE tools and signoff.</p></li><li><p>Experience in complex design (data-path or control-path)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Skills and Experience :</u></b></p><ul><li><p>BS/MS in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering with <b>10 to 15 </b>years of experience.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience&nbsp;in CPU or micro-controller designs (multi pipeline)</p></li><li><p>Processor system knowledge includes basic understanding of SoC systems as well as operating system software is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Great communication &amp; teamwork skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work with teams across the globe (US, Europe, India)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><u><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></u></p>•&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.<br> OR<br>Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.<br> OR<br>PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>*References to a particular number of years experience are for indicative purposes only.
