<h2>Standard Job Description</h2>
<p>Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources. Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.</p><p><br>You will be the Engineering Planner for the Chelmsford, MA Manufacturing Bill of Materials (mBOM) Team. You will be responsible for managing new part creations, updating assembly bill of materials, and effectivity implementation within the MPM Link/Windchill system. Our team is responsible for designing, fabricating, and qualifying microwave hybrid assemblies that support critical aerospace and defense programs.</p><p><br>What You Will Be Doing:</p><p>As the Engineering Planner you will be responsible for driving the end to end lifecycle of manufacturing data.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p><p>Create and release new part records in the MPM Link/Windchill system.<br>Update existing assembly bill of materials to reflect design changes and engineering releases.<br>Implement manufacturing effectivity for part and assembly schedule changes.<br>Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.</p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>
<p>Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline<br>Proficient in Microsoft Office<br>Ability to Obtain Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship<br>Strong Organization and Communication Skills<br>Demonstrate Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, and Multitasking Skills</p><h2>Desired Skills</h2>
<p>Past Experience in any of the following:<br>Windchill and MPM Link Experience<br>Manufacturing Experience<br>Production Planning & Control Experience<br>Make/Buy/BOM Planning, Supply Chain Experience<br>Possess Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Process<br>Working Experience with Engineering<br>Drawings and Parts Lists</p><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
