Join our innovative team and help shape the future of life sciences. 🚀&nbsp;<strong>This is a Fixed-Term Contract for 14 Months.</strong></p><p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Transform raw sequence data into meaningful insights through cutting-edge bioinformatic processing and analysis.</li><li>Craft detailed and insightful reports that delight and inform our customers.</li><li>Evaluate, test, and implement innovative software solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.</li><li>Develop and customize bioinformatic tools tailored to unique customer projects and enhance our internal capabilities.</li><li>Provide expert advice and technical support, becoming a trusted partner to our customers.</li><li>Play a key role in planning and executing exciting sequencing projects.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of results, maintaining our commitment to excellence.</li><li>Contribute to the development of advanced methods for our internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).</li><li>Drive the optimization of technological processes to enhance service quality and achieve cost savings.</li><li>Champion safety and accident prevention, fostering a secure work environment.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to room responsibility regulations.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Your experience&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of methods and algorithms for NGS data analysis, preferably in variant discovery and genotyping applications</li><li>Formal training in genetics, preferably with experience in breeding applications</li><li>Experience in working with Python and general shell scripting</li><li>Preferably experience in working in close cooperation with wet-lab scientists</li><li><strong>Fluent English language skills are a must, German would be beneficial</strong></li></ul>
