<p>The Recruitment Program Coordinator will join a fabulous team of professionals working in a fast-paced, process and partnership-driven team environment. The Recruitment Program Coordinator will facilitate and manage various processes (client specific) within the contingent/contract worker lifecycle from onboarding through to off-boarding. The Recruitment Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and Suppliers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Support Hiring Managers, Suppliers, and Recruitment Program Specialists/Team during all stages of the contract/contingent labor acquisition process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, on-boarding/off-boarding, contractor assignment management, time and expense management, and other duties as it relates to the MSP/SOW program</li><li>Document all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.</li><li>Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face to face meetings, email, and phone</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to resolve client’s or supplier inquiries as needed</li><li>Provide program status reports to leadership as required</li><li>Support the Program Lead in invoice management</li><li>Changes or amendments in the VMS (Fieldglass), such as cost center, hiring manager, budgets etc.</li><li>Monitor performance against contract SLA’s (i.e. pending end of assignments extensions/closures, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)</li><li>Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed in a timely manner so the contractor can start the assignment on time.</li></ul>
<p>Qualifications, Skills, Education, and Experiences</p><ul><li>1-3 or more years in recruitment, staffing, administration, coordination, facilitation of vendor management processes, and/or MSP experience</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>A meticulous eye for detail, organized, with proof of execution and great stakeholder management capabilities</li><li>Excellent documentation and follow-up skills</li><li>Strong determination to impact performance</li><li>Time management, self-motivated, and perseverance</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with an aptitude for administration and support</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Someone who is determined & outgoing, yet professional, curious by nature, and is process-driven, yet understands the importance of adding value and partnership in recruitment</li><li>Bachelor’s degree </li><li>MS Office/Tools - intermediate to advanced skills</li><li>VMS or related systems/tools or someone who is an efficient learner and quick to pick up technologies, resources and processes.</li></ul>
