<p>Responsibilities&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Supports the effective implementation and execution of the dealership's Precision Agriculture Strategy by providing valuable&nbsp;assistance, guidance, and&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;technologies and data-driven solutions to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;agricultural practices and drive overall business success</li>

<li>Develops strong customer and dealership personnel&nbsp;relationships by engaging in regular communication, actively listening to their&nbsp;needs,&nbsp;and providing personalized solutions. </li>

<li>Assists&nbsp;in leading and directing dealership personnel in the effective implementation of&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;Precision Ag technologies, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless integration and&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;across all departments</li>

<li>Serves as an invaluable internal resource for guiding the successful implementation and integration of&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;Precision Ag technologies within the company's operations, ensuring&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;efficiency and productivity across all aspects of agricultural practices</li>

<li>Monitors and&nbsp;supports&nbsp;Connected Support calls to ensure seamless and efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for customers, providing&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and effective&nbsp;assistance&nbsp;to enhance the overall customer experience</li>

<li>Promotes&nbsp;Precision Ag Technology products to customers, a primary responsibility that requires a deep understanding of the latest advancements in agricultural technology and a knack for cultivating strong relationships with customers</li>

<li>Manages all aspects of John Deere subscriptions and renewals, ensuring&nbsp;timely&nbsp;updates and a seamless process for customers. Additionally, oversees the maintenance of subscription records, communicates with customers&nbsp;to address any concerns or questions they may have, and collaborates with the sales team to promote new subscription offerings effectively</li>

<li>Supports Precision Ag inventory management by analyzing data and providing detailed recommendations for inventory optimization. </li>

<li>Performs detailed diagnostics and expert repairs of advanced Precision Ag technology systems,&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;tools and techniques to ensure efficient operation and&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;performance</li>

<li><br>Assists&nbsp;service technicians in diagnostics and repairs of Precision Ag technology by providing hands-on support and&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;throughout the troubleshooting process</li>

<li>Works collaboratively with the service team to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;issues and implement effective solutions to ensure&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;functionality and performance of Precision Ag equipment</li>

<li><br>Leverages John Deere Operations Center data and connected apps to&nbsp;assist&nbsp;customers in&nbsp;optimizing&nbsp;their agricultural operations and enhancing overall efficiency</li>

<p>Experience and Qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>One or more years’ experience in an agriculture-related role </li>

<li>Experience with sales, service, training, or other related work experience  </li>

<li>Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems  </li>

<li>Ability to&nbsp;operate&nbsp;with a solutions approach and&nbsp;identify&nbsp;existing/emerging customer needs </li>

<li>Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills needed </li>

<li>Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends  </li>

<li>Ability to lift, bend and carry </li>

<li>Experience using standard desktop applications like Microsoft Office and internet applications </li>

<li><br>Valid driver’s license with an insurable record&nbsp;required </li>

<p>Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, and skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is a salary position with a potential hiring offer range of $60,000-75,000 based on factors listed above.</p>
