<p>At Anti-Pesto Bug Killers, we protect homes and businesses from serious pest and termite damage and we’re looking for people who are ready to show up, work hard, and learn a trade.</p>

<p>This is hands-on, physical work. You’ll be in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors in Florida heat. It’s not easy but it’s steady, year-round work with opportunity to grow.</p>

<p>If you’re dependable and willing to learn, we’ll train you.</p>

<p>If you struggle with showing up on time or putting in a full day’s work, this won’t be the right fit.</p>

<p>What You’ll Be Doing</p>

<ul>

<li>Inspect homes and buildings for pest entry points and termite activity</li>

<li>Perform exclusion work (sealing gaps, installing barriers, repairing entry points)</li>

<li>Install and service termite systems (Sentricon, etc.)</li>

<li>Complete attic restoration (cleanup, insulation blow-in)</li>

<li>Use tools safely (drills, ladders, hand tools, etc.)</li>

<li>Document work using a mobile device</li>

<li>Work in attics, crawlspaces, roofs, and outdoor environments</li>

</ul>

<li>Working in Florida heat, tight spaces, and physically demanding conditions</li>

<li>Lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet most of the day</li>

<li>Following directions and working as part of a team</li>

<li>You’ve worked in construction, roofing, insulation, or similar hands-on roles (preferred, not required)</li>

<p>Requirements</p>

<li>Valid Florida driver’s license</li>

<li>Reliable work history (we do check)</li>

<li>Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in heat</li>

<li>Comfortable with heights and confined spaces</li>

<li>Drug-free and able to pass background check</li>
