You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the 13 grade level in the Federal service: Lead product, project, program and technical skills in the provision of overall direction and guidance for the development, acquisition, testing, product improvement and fielding of assigned systems. Provides continuous oversight of IT program formulation, planning, deployment, and execution of technology. Oversees briefings that contain program strategies, goals and status to stakeholders, management and higher-level leadership. Defines the product strategy and roadmap.; OR Requirements for the 2210 series as listed below: Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate. For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below.
