<p><strong>About This Role</strong> We're hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for our Ogden or Lindon, Utah operations. This is a full-time field role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC systems across a variety of building types.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC equipment including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps.</li>

<li>Complete scheduled maintenance and inspections to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life.</li>

<li>Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues across a range of HVAC platforms.</li>

<li>Replace or repair components such as motors, compressors, fans, and thermostats.</li>

<li>Read and work from wiring diagrams, schematics, and manufacturer documentation.</li>

<li>Keep clients and team members informed on service findings and recommended next steps.</li>

<li>Maintain thorough service records covering work completed, parts used, and system conditions.</li>

<li>Perform all work in compliance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company policy.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certification preferred.</li>

<li>3+ years of experience, preferrably in a commercial HVAC service role.</li>

<li>Hands-on experience with RTUs, VRV/VRF, VAV, split systems, chillers, boilers, and AHUs.</li>

<li>Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.</li>

<li>EPA 608 Universal Certification required.</li>

<li>Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation.</li>

<li>Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability.</li>

<li>Effective communicator with solid customer service instincts.</li>

<li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>NATE certification or equivalent.</li>

<li>Experience with digital service tools or mobile work order platforms.</li>
