<p>You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Manufacturing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality, on‑time production while driving continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong><br>As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled production crew, coordinating cross‑functional support, and ensuring all performance targets are met.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Supervise daily production activities and maintain schedule adherence for assigned areas.</li><li>Achieve quality goals and PMT metrics, including zero defects, audit compliance, and cost‑saving targets.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to reduce overtime, drive energy savings, and improve overall efficiency.</li><li>Maintain operator qualifications, special process authorizations, and PMT online training status.</li><li>Lead continuous‑improvement efforts such as 6S audits, FOD prevention, and statistical process control.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us</strong><br>The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results‑driven leader with strong communication skills and a proven track record of managing production teams. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
