<p>Prairie Family Medicine, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our community-rooted, outpatient primary care practice in beautiful Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.</p>
<p>For nearly two decades, Prairie Family Medicine has been part of the Coeur d’Alene community, growing from an independent, physician-owned family practice into a trusted home for generations of local patients. <p>This is an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who wants the relationship-centered focus of a smaller practice, the collegiality of an experienced clinical team, and the opportunity to play a meaningful role for the health and wellness of the community.</p>
<p><strong>Highlights</strong></p>

<li><strong>Base salary guarantee:</strong> $130,000 - $140,000, plus productivity bonus</li>

<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Required:</strong> 2+ years Primary Care experience as a licensed NP </li>
<li>Required: Passion for Primary Care</li>
<li>Required: Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in providing comprehensive Primary Care</li>
<li>BE/BC</li>
<li>Passionate about whole-person, community-based care</li>
<li>Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan</li>
<li>Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots</li>
<li>Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients</li>
<li>Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics</li>
<li>Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications</li>

<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>

<p>This position performs tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissues. All employees performing these duties are offered the opportunity to receive the Hepatitis-B vaccination series.</p>
