<strong>About the Role</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;

As Registered&nbsp;Behavior&nbsp;Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA.&nbsp;&nbsp;

&nbsp;

<strong>Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Follow treatment and&nbsp;behavior&nbsp;intervention plans&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Collect and track session data&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Support skill development and promote positive&nbsp;behavior&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Share progress with your clinical team&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>

<strong>Requirements</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;

<strong>-Active RBT Certification&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;

-High school diploma&nbsp;&nbsp;

-At least 18 years old&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Organized, dependable, and open to feedback&nbsp;&nbsp;

-Interest in&nbsp;behavioral&nbsp;health&nbsp;&nbsp;
