Learn more at hypori.com.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Overview</strong>:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>As a Product Manager, you will drive the execution of strategic&nbsp;objectives, shape the product roadmap, and manage priorities across the product lifecycle from planning and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing optimization for the&nbsp;Hypori&nbsp;Secure&nbsp;Messaging&nbsp;product&nbsp;suite. This is both a customer-facing and hands-on technical role, requiring a balance of strategic execution, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate market needs into actionable product direction.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp;This role will involve working as part of a globally distributed team, and accordingly, there will be a need for ad-hoc meetings out of standard working hours.&nbsp;</p>

<li>Collaborate with Security, Engineering, Sales and Marketing,&nbsp;Information Governance,&nbsp;Customer Success,&nbsp;and the Leadership team to define requirements to align with the overall business&nbsp;strategy and goals.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support the product vision and manage the roadmap for your area, keeping it aligned with company goals and customer needs.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Deliver a financially sound, continuously improving technology platform.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Protect intellectual property, user data, and system integrity by (a) adhering to Hypori's policies and procedures for secure software development and (b) following best practices for secure product design, implementation, and deployment of development, build, test, production, and other environments. &nbsp;</li>

<li>Act as the primary product voice in customer engagements, leading&nbsp;discovery&nbsp;and feedback sessions to align customer needs with the product roadmap.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Support Product Leadership in&nbsp;creation&nbsp;of product management plans, product-specific business plans, and&nbsp;product and release&nbsp;launch plans.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Monitor release schedules to ensure product and feature availability.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Work with&nbsp;cross functional teams&nbsp;to&nbsp;accomplish&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and resolve problems.&nbsp;</li>
