Dental Customer Experience Specialist

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities &amp; Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Retain and increase orders from existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory</p></li><li><p>Increase customer satisfaction-emphasis on digital support, using excellent communication and telephone skills, email and virtual communication experience, and a solutions mindset</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal technical teams, external strategic partners, and service teams focused on digital adoption, retention, and growth of a territory</p></li><li><p>Monitor, assess, and communicate with supervisor potential customer-related activities, patterns and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Utilize channels of communication between customers and laboratories, keeping customers informed of the best options and additives for successful sales outcomes through outbound follow-up calls and emails</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate keen awareness of territory market conditions, competitive pricing, service requirements, and customer needs assessment</p></li><li><p>Participate in laboratory-sponsored customer engagements, study clubs, conventions, seminars</p></li><li><p>All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required</p></li></ul>

<ul><li><p>Excellent computer knowledge and telephone skills, digital scan review preferred</p></li><li><p>3+ years previous experience in a dental profession preferred</p></li><li><p>Previous experience working in a sales or telephonic sales position</p></li><li><p>Must be a self-starter with strong initiative, assertiveness, and self-motivation with the ability to proactively identify opportunities, anticipate potential challenges, and effectively resolve customer concerns</p></li><li><p>Ability and willingness to reasonably make decisions, receive feedback and take calculated risks</p></li><li><p>Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with limited supervision</p></li><li><p>Strong relationship-building and networking skills</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in Microsoft Office and Hubspot preferred</p></li><li><p>Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience preferred</p></li></ul>
