<p>We're looking for an organized, resourceful, and personable Office Manager & Front Desk Coordinator who serves as the central point of connection for our workplace. This highly visible, hands-on role is responsible for creating a professional, welcoming, and efficient environment for employees, visitors, tenants, and business partners across our Boston and Lowell locations.</p>

<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the face of the organization, welcoming visitors and creating a friendly, professional first impression while providing exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Oversee the day-to-day administration of our Boston and Lowell offices, ensuring workspaces are organized, well-stocked, and operating efficiently.</li>
<li>Build positive working relationships with employees, tenants, vendors, service providers, and visitors.</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, office tours, and company events, including catering and hospitality services.</li>
<li>Manage office supplies, inventory, mail, deliveries, and vendor relationships.</li>
<li>Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects and changing business needs.</li>
<li>Support employee onboarding activities, including workplace setup and uniform coordination.</li>
<li>Anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of problems through resolution.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall workplace experience.</li>
<li>Pitch in wherever needed to support the team and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.</li>
<li>Foresee issues and collaboration on resolutions.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in office management, administration, workplace services, hospitality, executive support, or a related field.</li>
<li>A warm, approachable personality and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly when needs change.</li>
<li>A calm, solutions-oriented approach, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.</li>
<li>The ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take initiative while also being a collaborative team player.</li>
<li>A proactive, "figure it out" mindset with a willingness to take ownership and strong follow-through.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Flexibility and a willingness to take on responsibilities outside of a traditional job description when needed.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Zoom.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly between Boston and Lowell.</li>
<li>Associate degree preferred.</li>
</ul>
<p>Physical Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to walk throughout office and facility environments.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li>
<li>Ability to travel between company locations as required.</li>
<li>Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.<br></li>
