<p>SOSi is seeking a Training Coordinator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for planning, coordination, quality assurance, and Government interface regarding training events procured.</li><li>Manage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost-Reimbursement CLINs.</li><li>Conduct market research and identify qualified training providers.</li><li>Solicit and compare quotes from at least two sources for each training event.</li><li>Submit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.</li><li>Review deliverables for quality and completeness post-event.</li><li>Maintain training records and provide monthly reporting on status, cost, and participation.</li><li>Ensure that training outcomes align with Government-defined learning objectives.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Active TS-SCI Clearance.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or a related field, or<ul><li>five (5) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.</li></ul></li><li>Knowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and ESRI ArcGIS exposure and/or, dashboard analytics, or other mission-relevant tools.</li><li>Possess the knowledge and capability to oversee Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.</li><li>Proficient in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands-on training techniques.</li><li>Strong communication and cross-cultural facilitation skills are required to ensure effective knowledge transfer in diverse environments.</li><li>Knowledge in ESRI ArcGIS or other geospatial analytical tools to oversee training in geospatial analysis and visualization.</li><li>Knowledgeable in incorporating real-world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment is desirable.</li></ul>
