As an Agile Project Manager, you will:&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Manage the overall performance, execution, and completion of projects, tasks, or delivery orders from initiation through closeout&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Apply Agile project management principles—including iterative planning, sprint execution, and continuous stakeholder collaboration—to enable rapid adaptation to evolving priorities&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Support program operations by&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and&nbsp;facilitating&nbsp;resolution of operational issues and serving as a liaison between technical and functional areas&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Conduct business process analysis, performance metrics development, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Manage one or more activities, control accounts, or tasks within a broader project/program, reporting to the program manager chain of command&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Track cost, schedule, and technical performance while proactively&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;and resolving risks and issues&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p><br><b><u>Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p></p><ul><li>Apply&nbsp;Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to plan, execute, and continuously refine project deliverables in an iterative development environment&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate&nbsp;Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;team alignment and momentum&nbsp;</li><li>Develop&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource-loaded work plans, and risk registers to track program execution&nbsp;</li><li>Support&nbsp;program business and functional operations, acting as a liaison between technical teams, functional areas, and program leadership&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct&nbsp;research and analysis of business practices, perform cost/benefit analyses, and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance&nbsp;</li><li>Develop&nbsp;and monitor performance metrics, quality checkpoints, and dashboards that measure execution against Quality Assurance&nbsp;Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) standards&nbsp;</li><li>Design&nbsp;and implement communication strategies and plans to support organizational change and stakeholder alignment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support&nbsp;recurring Program Management Reviews (PMRs), status reporting, and continuous process improvement activities&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Manage&nbsp;action item tracking, meeting minutes, risk registers, and configuration management activities using collaborative tools such as Jira and integrated program portals&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate&nbsp;with technical leads, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure successful task execution within scope, schedule, and budget constraints&nbsp;</li><li>Support&nbsp;transition planning, strategic plan development, and business process documentation for program initiatives&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Influence&nbsp;policies, practices, and procedures both within and outside the immediate project team&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;organizational policies, practices, and procedures are understood and consistently followed by the project team&nbsp;</li><li>Serve&nbsp;as a key point of contact between the project team, program leadership, and government stakeholders&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><b><u>Qualifications:</u></b></p><p><i>Required:</i>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Active&nbsp;Secret security clearance (required)&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor's&nbsp;degree (BA/BS) in a Technical or Managerial discipline, or equivalent experience&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>10+ years of related professional experience in program/project management, business analysis, or program operations support&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated&nbsp;experience applying Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or&nbsp;SAFe) in a professional environment&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;managing project execution, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight&nbsp;</li><li>Strong&nbsp;analytical skills with experience conducting business process analysis, cost/benefit analyses, and performance metrics development&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;developing and implementing communication strategies and organizational change plans&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong&nbsp;understanding of program operations support, including liaising between technical and functional areas&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated&nbsp;ability to influence stakeholders outside the immediate project team&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;policies, practices, and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent&nbsp;written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing leadership and stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;managing the ongoing performance of a project after production or delivery&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;establish&nbsp;tactical and operational plans and manage multiple concurrent priorities&nbsp;</li></ul><p></p><p><i>Desired:</i>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Certified&nbsp;ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or&nbsp;SAFe&nbsp;Agilist certification&nbsp;</li><li>Project&nbsp;Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity&nbsp;with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tools&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;with program/project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Confluence&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;managing subcontractor performance and teaming relationships&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity&nbsp;with government contracting processes, CDRLs, and deliverable management&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge&nbsp;of risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;developing transition plans, strategic plans, or organizational change management strategies&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Previous&nbsp;experience supporting government program offices or defense contractors&nbsp;</li><li>Experience&nbsp;managing geographically distributed or matrixed teams&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity&nbsp;with&nbsp;DevSecOps&nbsp;and iterative
