PHP Developer

<p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly motivated PHP Developer to join the team in the development of our proprietary platforms that includes both web and mobile application development.</p><p>We are looking for individuals energised to see through projects from conceptualization to implementation. You are someone ready to take on new challenges and grow together in a Tech start-up. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and strive to enhance our existing products.</p><p>To succeed in this role, you are passionate in frontend development and pay great attention to user experience. You are highly adaptive and a strong believer that change is a constant.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):</strong></p><ul><li>Write REST API, back-end code and building efficient PHP module</li><li>Develop&nbsp;back-end portals with an optimized database</li><li>Troubleshoot&nbsp;application and code issues</li><li>Integrate&nbsp;data storage solutions</li><li>Respond&nbsp;to integration requests from the front-end developer</li><li>Finalize&nbsp;back-end features and testing web applications</li><li>Update&nbsp;and altering application features to enhance performance</li><li>Participate in system development projects and work closely with the cross-functional teams, including business, designer, developers on the system requirements</li><li>Ensure codes are optimized prior to deployment and in production</li><li>Be active and engage team member - understand user stories and make constructive recommendations</li><li>Proactively suggest the appropriate technology based on the business needs</li><li>Actively contributing to the company with your game-changing ideas</li><li>Creative problem-solving approach and strong tenacity to identify cause and solution</li></ul>

<ul><li>Minimally 2 years of working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer</li><li>In-depth knowledge on object-oriented PHP and Laravel PHP Framework</li><li>Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SOLID principles and RESTful API design</li><li>Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)</li></ul>
