<p>What you’ll do</p>

<p>On a day-to-day basis you will:</p>

<ul>

<li>Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer</li>

<li>Build proactive sourcing strategies and nurture talent pipelines for our critical skill areas</li>

<li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and forecast future hiring needs as we scale</li>

<li>Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing best practice, backed by data</li>

<li>Design and deliver standout onboarding experiences in partnership with our People team</li>

<li>Champion diversity, equity and inclusion at every stage of the hiring process</li>

<li>Build our employer brand and be a visible ambassador for us in the market<br></li>

<p>Experience you’ll bring</p>

<p>Our ideal candidate will have:</p>

<ul>

<li>Proven experience as Talent Sourcer/Partner, with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or growth environments</li>

<li>Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions</li>

<li>Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, talent mapping and pipeline building</li>

<li>Experience/proficiency with TAS and using hiring metrics&nbsp;</li>

</ul>
