<p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>

<p>Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program</p>

<p>Licenses: Active IL OT license in good standing</p>

<p><br></p>

<p>Certification: Early Intervention Certification or willing to achieve</p>
