<p>Elligint Health is looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to join our small, high-impact team responsible for&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;and modernizing the infrastructure, monitoring, and operational processes that power our platform. We&nbsp;operate&nbsp;across multiple AWS accounts and are looking for someone who's energized by rearchitecting systems — not just&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;them — and who genuinely enjoys the craft of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling.&nbsp;</p>

<p>You'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of&nbsp;Elligint&nbsp;Health's platform: designing infrastructure as code that scales cleanly as&nbsp;we&nbsp;onboard new customers, keeping that infrastructure updated and secure over time, and building the monitoring foundation that keeps a growing, multi-account environment healthy — all while following DevOps best practices every step of the way.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Help architect the future platform Elligint Health will run on, design and execute its implementation&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop and maintain&nbsp;IaC&nbsp;code to create production, test,&nbsp;stage&nbsp;and dev environments in our cloud environment&nbsp;</li>

<li>Monitor, Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise&nbsp;</li>

<li>Update&nbsp;configuration management code to&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;consistency across our accounts&nbsp;</li>

<li>Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;routine operations, testing,&nbsp;deployments&nbsp;and other tasks&nbsp;</li>

<li>Craft dashboards,&nbsp;monitors&nbsp;and alerts to keep our platform running smoothly and enable quick triage of incidents&nbsp;</li>

<li>Help automate manual tasks to make our team, the QA team, the development team, and our&nbsp;company&nbsp;more efficient&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Senior&nbsp;DevOps/SRE&nbsp;with hands-on&nbsp;experience supporting a customer facing SaaS platform&nbsp;</li>

<li>Deep understanding of DevOps best practices,&nbsp;patterns&nbsp;and anti-patterns, with a mindset towards security&nbsp;</li>

<li>Experience running and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;production environments&nbsp;in&nbsp;cloud platforms (AWS, GCP,&nbsp;etc.)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Proficiency&nbsp;with Git, at least one&nbsp;IaC&nbsp;tool, configuration management systems, modern monitoring,&nbsp;logging&nbsp;and alerting platforms&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to write code in and debug at least one common programming language</li>

<li>Familiarity running containerized micro-services and building docker containers&nbsp;</li>

<li>Strong experience with Linux&nbsp;</li>

<li>Someone that can work independently on a small team in a startup-like environment&nbsp;</li>

<li>Bonus for experience with&nbsp;FedRAMP,&nbsp;HIPAA,&nbsp;MySQL, PHP, AWS, Ansible, Terraform and Groovy&nbsp;</li>

<li>U.S. citizenship and successful submission and approval of Public Trust federal clearance, per client contractual requirements&nbsp;</li>
