Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager

<p>Job Title: All-Source Intelligence Analyst</p>

<p>Work Location: Kuwait 6-month deployment, R&amp;R after 6 months deployed, option to extend</p>

<p>Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI</p>

<p><strong>Senior Intelligence Collection Requirements Manager</strong></p>

<p>Minimum required qualifications</p>

<ul>

<li>Education – Intelligence Community Collection Management Course (ICMC), OR other DOD collection management courses such as the Navy Collection Management Course (NCMC), the PLUS</li>

<li>Experience – at least six years Collection Management operational experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies PLUS</li>

<li>Clearance – TS/SCI PLUS</li>

</ul>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Special skills or qualifications (all required) –</p>

<ul>

<li>Thorough understanding of DoD and Service collection techniques, capabilities, and applications</li>

<li>Proficient in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (including Excel and PowerPoint) and intelligence related automation</li>

<li>Knowledge and familiarity of Google Earth,</li>

<li>Experience with IC collection management systems (e.g. CRATE, PRISM, COLISEUM, NSRP, SAVANT) mission applications</li>

<li>Experience with communications capabilities within JWICS, INTELINK, and SIPRNet (e.g. MIRC, Jabber Chat, etc.)</li>

<li>Strong writing and briefing skills</li>

<li>Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team</li>

<li>Capable of effective communication in the accomplishment of collection management reporting and requirements</li>

</ul>

<p>In addition to the above, the following are Highly Desired qualifications and/or experience that are NOT required:</p>

<ul>

<li>Senior military enlisted or field grade officer with collection experience</li>

<li>Completion of the ISR Operations Course</li>

<li>Knowledge of communication and dissemination architecture</li>

<li>Experience with tactical ground and air sensor operations and management</li>
