<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Assist in the hiring process for HR department by sourcing, screening and shortlisting, and interviewing candidates</li>

<li>Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to draw in a large number of qualified candidates</li>

<li>Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring</li>

<li>Focus on candidate experience, ensuring fast and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process</li>

<li>Collaborate with hiring managers to effectively manage their expectations and ensure success</li>

</ul>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience</li>

<li>Experience of conducting competency-based interviews</li>

<li>Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of common human resources practices</li>

<li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper — Intermediate English</li>

<li>Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution</li>

<li>High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling</li>

<li>Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities</li>
