<p>The Accounting Manager leads the accounting operations of&nbsp;Dragos Public Sector subsidiary (DPS), ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with GAAP, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and government contracting requirements. This role has responsibility for the subsidiary's month-end close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, audit support, timekeeping compliance, and internal controls, while partnering across finance, contracts, and operations.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The role will report to the General Manager of Federal.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:&nbsp;</p>

<li>Lead all accounting operations for the U.S. government subsidiary&nbsp;</li>

<li>Own the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes&nbsp;</li>

<li>Prepare and review financial statements and management reporting&nbsp;</li>

<li>Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606, including identification of performance obligations and allocation of standalone selling price&nbsp;</li>

<li>Oversee timekeeping and labor distribution in compliance with government contracting requirements&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, FAR, and applicable government cost accounting standards&nbsp;</li>
