<ul>

<li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Prepare&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Maintain and improve scalable accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies that support rapid company growth.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Partner with Finance, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to improve financial visibility across programs and purchasing activities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash management, external audits, tax filings, and investor reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of accounting systems, reporting tools, and process automation.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>What&nbsp;We’re&nbsp;Looking For</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Required</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably within public accounting and/or a technology, aerospace, manufacturing, or hardware company.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience developing internal controls and improving accounting processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience using modern ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
