<p>Job Description <br>The QA Internal Auditor Supervisor is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining<br>the Food Safety Management System in compliance with BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC<br>22000, legal regulations, and customer requirements.<br>The role ensures that verification and calibration activities are effectively managed,<br>compliance with management system requirements is consistently monitored, and<br>corrective actions are taken when necessary to uphold high standards of food safety and<br>quality.<br>With Current GFI 3 Year Plan, We are looking to heavily integrate A Strong QMS, FSMS<br>Systems for the Company, after Years of Development and Operational Know How.</p>

<p>Scope of Work<br>1. FSMS Establishment and Implementation:<br>o Develop, implement, and monitor FSMS policies, procedures, and records aligned with certification,<br>legal, and customer requirements.<br>o Ensure full integration of FSMS elements across production sites for consistent application.<br>o Maintain a robust documentation control process to ensure accessibility and version control.<br>2. FSMS Maintenance:<br>o Monitor FSMS performance and update procedures when required.<br>o Lead periodic reviews and updates of food safety risk assessments, HACCP plans, prerequisite<br>programs (PRPs), and operational controls.<br>o Ensure all corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are tracked, completed, and verified for<br>effectiveness.<br>3. Verification Activities:<br>o Establish a verification schedule for final Product, PRPs, CCPs, OPRPs, and process controls.<br>o Analyze verification data to confirm process effectiveness and ongoing compliance.<br>o Present verification results to management and recommend improvements where necessary.<br>4. Calibration Management<br>o Ensure all measuring devices, weighing scales, thermometers, and critical instruments are calibrated<br>according to schedule.<br>o Maintain up-to-date calibration records and address any non-conformities found during calibration.<br>o Liaise with approved service providers for calibration services and maintain service agreements.<br>5. Compliance Monitoring:<br>o Monitor compliance with:<br> Legal food safety and regulatory requirements ex (NFSA, Employees health cert. , etc.)<br> Customer-specific requirements (product specifications, codes of practice, audit standards).<br> Management system requirements for certifications (BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000)<br>o Maintain and regularly update a compliance register.<br>o Track regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.<br>6. Training &amp;amp; Awareness<br>o Support training programs to ensure staff understand FSMS procedures, verification<br>requirements, calibration protocols, and compliance obligations.<br>o Assess training effectiveness and arrange refresher sessions when necessary.</p>

<p>7. Continuous Improvement<br>o Identify trends from verification, calibration, and compliance monitoring data.<br>o Recommend and support implementation of system improvements to prevent recurrence of<br>issues.</p>

<p>KPIs<br>24 Month Scope<br>3 Month<br>1. Work closely with QA &amp;amp; Certification team on developing and submitting the targeted FSMS implementation plan.<br>2. Approve and initiate verification and calibration schedules.<br>3. Review and update compliance registers for legal, customer, and certification requirements.<br>6 Month<br>1. Update FSMS documentation to align with certification in the scope.<br>2. Achieve 100% execution of planned verification and calibration activities.<br>3. Deliver first compliance performance report to management.<br>9 Month<br>1. Maintain certification requirements for ISO 22000, BRCGS, and FSSC 22000.<br>2. Ensure verification and calibration records have zero overdue items.<br>3. Train all relevant staff on updated FSMS procedures and compliance requirements.</p>

<p>1 Year<br>1. Maintain 100% completion of scheduled verification and calibration activities.<br>2. Demonstrate improved compliance scores year-on-year in internal and external evaluations.<br>2 Years<br>Fine Tune all FSMS Process and Procedures and be ready for the new season.<br>On Season KPI<br> 100% completion of planned verification activities within schedule.<br> 100% on-time calibration of all critical equipment.<br> Monthly compliance status reports without overdue actions.<br>Pre-Season KPI<br> Update FSMS documentation and risk assessments before season start.<br> Prepare and distribute verification and calibration schedules.<br> Conduct compliance checks to confirm readiness for customer and certification audits</p>
