<ul><li>Final Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation or CV date within the last five years.</li><li>8+ years' experience as a Contractor Special Access Program (SAP) Security Officer (CSSO), Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), or government Program Security Officer (PSO)/Program Security Representative (PSR)</li><li>Experience with SAP facility build/accreditation processes</li><li>Experience with Department of War (DOW) SAP Personnel Security (PERSEC) procedures/processes, Defense Information Security System (DISS), and clearance requirements</li><li>Experience writing policy &amp; procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Operation Security (OPSEC) Plans &amp; Construction Security Plans (CSP)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h2>Standard Job Description</h2>

<p><strong>This position requires Final Top Secret security clearance with a current background investigation or CV date within the last five years and ability to obtain SCI access.</strong></p><p>The Security Manager responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Manages a team of security professional professionals tasked to provide security guidance and enforce compliance to specific Space portfolios.&nbsp;</li><li>Develops, administers and audits security programs for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and export controlled data.</li><li>Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary information in compliance with corporate policies.</li><li>Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for Special Access Programs (SAP), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs or DOD collateral classified programs.</li><li>Enables team of Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) or a Security Representatives with training, development, and mentorship opportunities.</li><li>Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DOWM/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOW industrial security rules (NISPOM).</li><li>Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.</li><li>Provides support in managing the quality, schedule and cost expectations associated with program development and execution, while maintaining the fundamental security requirements defined by the customer/company and program.</li><li>Prepares implementation manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to classified materials.</li><li>Develops and conducts security education classes.</li><li>Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.</li><li>Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners.</li><li>Processes clearances and customer visits and provides support for classified meetings.</li></ul><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Bachelors and Masters Degree in associated security, management, or related fields</li><li>Professional certifications through the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)</li><li>Previous management experience in high opstempo environments</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p>Full-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00</p><p>At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.</li></ul>
