ServiceNow Platform Engineer - Expert | TS/SCI w/ Poly

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. U.S. citizenship required.

Location: On-site in Chantilly, VA (Full-Time).

Own the ServiceNow platform end to end. As the senior ServiceNow engineer, you'll set the design standards, automation and integrations for a platform supporting a federal national-security mission.

What you'll do

• Own ServiceNow platform design, automation and integrations
• - Lead advanced scripting, Flow Designer and Integration Hub work
• - Design catalog, PPM and reusable subflow architecture
• - Support A&A/RMF processes in ServiceNow
• - Mentor developers and set platform standards

What you bring (required)

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• - Expert-level ServiceNow: scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
• - Catalog, PPM and subflow design
• - Mentoring developers and setting standards

Nice to have

• A&A/RMF in ServiceNow
• - eMASS, SharePoint or identity integrations
• - Virtual Agent
• - ServiceNow CAD/CIS certifications
• - Enterprise-scale change management
