<li>A portfolio with video and/or TV experience included</li>

<li>You can&nbsp;creative platforms and ideas</li>

<li>You're a strategic thinker -&nbsp; you understand why the work is on brand/strategy</li>

<li>Collaborative, nice, and flexible</li>

<li>Experience working within a budget</li>

<li>Skilled with words and detail oriented</li>

<li>Open and responsive to feedback (no egos allowed)</li>

<li>You can write in more than one voice/brand</li>

<li>You're able to work autonomously</li>
