<p>Preschool Teacher – Morning Program</p>

<p>Position Overview</p>

<p>We are looking for a warm, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time Preschool Teacher to join our preschool team. This position works with 3-year-old children in an academic-focused preschool program during morning hours.</p>

<p>This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is passionate about early childhood education, and can create a positive, engaging classroom environment while supporting children's academic and social development.</p>

<p>Responsibilities</p>

<ul>

<li>Follow and effectively implement provided lesson plans and curriculum.</li>

<li>Provide engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for 3-year-old children.</li>

<li>Support children's social, emotional, and academic development.</li>

<li>Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment.</li>

<li>Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in a school setting.</li>

<li>Communicate professionally and effectively with families, teachers, and school leadership.</li>

<li>Observe children's needs and provide appropriate support and guidance.</li>

<li>Follow all school policies, procedures, and licensing requirements.</li>

<p>Qualifications</p>

<li>Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.</li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work well as part of a teaching team.</li>

<li>Dependable, organized, and professional.</li>

<li>Comfortable following a structured curriculum and lesson plan.</li>

<li>A genuine passion for helping young children learn and grow.</li>
