<p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and process sales orders on ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice generation.</li>
<li>Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure prompt delivery.</li>
<li>Provide timely and effective responses to customer and distributor inquiries, complaints, and service requests.</li>
<li>Maintain strong relationships with key distributors (KDs) to support business growth and retention.</li>
<li>Resolve discrepancies related to orders, invoicing, deliveries, and inventory across multiple warehouse locations.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure product availability.</li>
<li>Support sales operations by tracking order status, sales performance, and distribution activities.</li>
<li>Prepare analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate SKU distribution across warehouses nationwide to ensure optimal stock levels.</li>
<li>Support promotional activities, including incentive processing, promo invoice preparation, and distributor programs.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation for customers, distributors, and transactions.<br></li>
</ul>

<p>REQUIREMENTS</p>
<ul>
<li>HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.</li>
<li>1– 2 years post NYSC experience in customer service Operations preferably in an FMCG environment.</li>
<li>Must be conversant with the use of Microsoft suite especially Excel, Word and Outlook.</li>
<li>Good analytical skills.<br></li>
