<p>Assistant Toddler Teacher/Caregiver (Ages 18 to 36 months) – Full-Time</p>

<p>Are you passionate about working with young children? Do you enjoy helping toddlers learn, grow, and reach important developmental milestones? We are looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher/Caregiver to join our early childhood education team.</p>
<p>This full-time position works alongside an experienced Lead Teacher to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for up to 14 children ages 18–36 Months.</p>
<p>Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and age-appropriate learning activities.</li>
<li>Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and their families.</li>
<li>Engage children in play-based learning experiences that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.</li>
<li>Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the day.</li>
<li>Feed children and encourage healthy eating habits.</li>
<li>Complete daily charts and documentation, including meals, diapering, toileting, and activities.</li>
<li>Change diapers and support children through potty training with patience and encouragement.</li>
<li>Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to provide exceptional care and education.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with young children is preferred but not required.</li>
<li>A genuine love for working with toddlers.</li>
<li>Positive attitude and strong communication skills.</li>
<li>Reliable, dependable, and a team player.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.</li>
<li>Must meet all state licensing requirements for employment in a child care center.</li>
