<p>As an Avionics Technician on the Production and Test team, you will play a vital role in the assembly, integration, and test of avionics systems and harnesses. Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, you will help bring&nbsp;cutting-edge&nbsp;avionics hardware from early development through flight readiness and production ramp.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Avionics Assembly: Build, install, and test avionics hardware&nbsp;including flight computers, sensors, RF components, power distribution units, and harnesses&nbsp;using engineering drawings, work instructions, and process documentation. This includes crimping, soldering, connector&nbsp;backshell&nbsp;assembly, and cable routing to meet fit, form, and workmanship standards.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Harness Fabrication and Installation: Fabricate, inspect, and install wire harnesses and cable assemblies&nbsp;at required quality and standards, ensuring proper routing, strain relief, shielding, and continuity.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<li>System Integration: Work alongside engineering and quality teams to integrate avionics components and subsystems into spacecraft structures, supporting checkouts, functional tests, and troubleshooting to root cause.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Testing and Validation: Conduct and support avionics testing including continuity, hi-pot, RF link, functional, and environmental testing. Operate GSE and automated test equipment to verify system performance.&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>PCB Assembly and Repair: Assemble, inspect, and rework printed circuit board assemblies&nbsp;to required quality and&nbsp;standards, including&nbsp;component&nbsp;placement, soldering, and conformal coating. Perform board-level troubleshooting and repair to support hardware turnaround and production flow.&nbsp;</li>

<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>

<li>Technical degree or certification in avionics, electronics, or a relevant field&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Years of experience in assembly, integration, and test of aerospace avionics systems in line with technician level&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in reading engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Experience with ESD-sensitive, FOD-critical, and cleanroom operations&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills&nbsp;</li>

</ul>

<ul>

<li>Ability to lift 25lbs&nbsp;and work in and around constrained and confined spaces&nbsp;</li>
