<p>What You'll Do</p>

<p>As a Classroom Specialist, you'll be an important part of our teaching team. You'll help classrooms run smoothly while creating positive, engaging experiences for children throughout the center.</p>

<p>Your day may include:</p>

<ul>

<li>Supporting classrooms and age groups throughout the center</li>

<li>Assisting with teacher breaks, classroom transitions, and daily schedule coverage</li>

<li>Supporting daily routines including meals, naps, diapering, and toileting</li>

<li>Engaging children through storytelling, music, movement, crafts, games, and hands-on activities</li>

<li>Encouraging positive behavior, social skills, independence, and confidence</li>

<li>Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning experiences</li>

<li>Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions</li>

<li>Helping maintain clean, organized, and safe classroom environments</li>

<li>Collaborating with teachers and center leadership to meet classroom needs</li>

<li>Communicating professionally with coworkers and families when appropriate</li>

<p>What We're Looking For</p>

<p>You don't need previous childcare experience. We're looking for someone who is:</p>

<ul>

<li>At least 16 years old</li>

<li>Passionate about working with children</li>

<li>Comfortable working with different age groups</li>

<li>Caring, patient, dependable, flexible, and organized</li>

<li>Positive and able to adapt to changing classroom needs</li>

<li>A strong communicator and team player</li>

<li>Willing to learn and complete required Montana licensing and training requirements</li>

<li>CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)</li>
