<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p><br></p>

<ul>

<li>Working alongside Project Managers, Assessors, Supervisors and Trades to support the Repair process and assist with ensuring your team hits targets.</li>

<li>Assisting customers, insurers and fellow team members in progressing/updating claims on company portals.</li>

<li>Building and developing stakeholder relationships to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.</li>

<li>Manage inbound and outbound calls, answering queries regarding claims or referring to the correct team member.</li>

<li>Triaging and evaluating multiple residential insurance claims on a daily basis.</li>

<li>Actively celebrating the team success!</li>
