</ul><p>Eliot is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join their PACT team. This position is integral to the Team's functioning and is often the first point of contact for clients, family members, other agencies.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage incoming phone calls throughout the day</li>
<li>Greet clients/visitors in person and on the phone professionally and respectfully</li>
<li>Manage and organize the Psychiatrist's schedule</li>
<li>Scan/organize all necessary documents into Eliot's Electronic Medical Record </li>
<li>Produce monthly reports for DMH and MBHP</li>
<li>Inventory supplies and order as necessary within constraints made by supervisor</li>
<li>Ensure proper maintenance of office machines and the office area</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with other Team members</li>
<li>Attend weekly staff meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma required</li>
<li>At least one year of office experience required</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required</li>
</ul>
