Client Support

<p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p>

<p>All Together Recovery LLC (ATR), provides multiple levels of ASAM SUD/BHSO care, including recovery housing, education, job training, employment, and other recovery related extensions to the family in for-profit and non-profit environments. The Client Support Specialist is vital to ensuring client needs are met and improving the treatment atmosphere of ATR. Their primary function is to help the day-to-day operations, logistics, and programming of ATR run smoothly, and provide recovery support to program participants.<br></p>

<p>This position is on weekends with hours on Saturday and Sunday from approximately 8am - 8pm.</p>

<p>GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIRMENTS:</p>

<ol>

<li>Must have a valid Kentucky driver’s license.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Participate in all necessary staff meetings.</li>

<li>Be proficient in all ATR rules, policies, and procedures.</li>

<li>Model servant leadership.</li>

<li>Operate with integrity in all circumstances.</li>

<li>Communicate effectively and be responsive to verbal and written correspondences.</li>

<li>Knowledge of local resources, the recovery community and service access.</li>

<li>If necessary, fill in for team members who are absent to cover APSS billable services.</li>

<li>Maintain all pertinent ATR records as per policy and regulations.</li>

<li>Maintain all required personal certifications and required training.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to educate and coach clients in all aspects of client house rules.</li>

<li>Perform 30-minute walk throughs and head counts. To be performed daily.</li>

<li>Transport clients to and from community engagements, pick up and transport new intakes as needed&nbsp;<br></li>

<li>Maintain daily updated dorm list.</li>

<li>Ensure that all clients attend all prescribed programming<br></li>

<li>Be primarily responsible for meeting the needs of the clients.</li>

<li>Ensure shift reports are completed daily, and the previous shift report is filed accordingly after review.</li>

<li>Administer drug screens, room checks, body and belongings search as needed.</li>

<li>Facilitate structured activity groups for residential clients in ATR program.</li>

<li>Work with clinical staff and treatment team to gauge client needs and progress in the program.</li>

<li>Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor</li>

<p>BACKGROUND/EDUCATION:</p>

<ol>

<li>Current APSS certification preferred/willingness to gain APSS certification within first 90 days of employment&nbsp;<br></li>

<li>1 year of previous experience as an APSS.</li>

<li>High school diploma or GED.</li>

<li>12 months working with SUD treatment preferred&nbsp;</li>
