<p>Join the Lockheed Martin Production Operations One Lockheed Martin Transformation (1LMX) Plan to Stock (PTS) Information Technology (IT) team as an IT Business Analyst (ITBA) supporting the Transportation Management (TM) / Logistics Execution (LE) will lead the design and integration of end-to-end logistics and transportation solutions within SAP S/4HANA for Production Operations.</p><p>This role will drive system and process alignment across shipping, delivery, government sell-off, and transportation planning, ensuring compliant and efficient execution for both commercial and defense programs.</p><p>The ideal candidate is a seasoned SAP functional analyst who understands the full logistics lifecycle — from goods issue through customer receipt — and can independently deliver functional design, configuration guidance, and integration support across TM, LE, and adjacent systems.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>·&nbsp; Serve as the functional lead for <strong>SAP Transportation Management (TM)</strong> and <strong>Logistics Execution (LE)</strong> within Production Operations.</p><p>·&nbsp; Design and configure solutions to support <strong>domestic, export, and defense logistics flows</strong>, including <strong>DD250</strong> and <strong>government sell-off integration</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp; Partner with the <strong>Customer Sell-Off / DD250</strong>, <strong>Warehouse Management (EWM)</strong>, and <strong>Integrated Manufacturing Master Data (IMMD)</strong> teams to align data and process handoffs.</p><p>·&nbsp; Support configuration and process optimization for <strong>freight planning, shipment execution, route determination, and goods issue posting</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp; Coordinate integration between <strong>TM</strong>, <strong>LE</strong>, and <strong>external carriers or freight forwarders</strong>, ensuring compliant documentation and tracking.</p><p>·&nbsp; Drive requirements management through <strong>Jira</strong> and <strong>Focused Build</strong>, maintaining clear traceability between business needs and system design.</p><p>·&nbsp; Participate in <strong>functional design reviews, testing, and release readiness</strong> activities.</p><p>·&nbsp; Collaborate with <strong>Export Compliance, Government Property, and Quality Assurance</strong> to ensure regulatory and contractual adherence.</p><p>·&nbsp; Provide leadership and mentorship within the logistics systems domain.</p><h2>Basic Qualifications</h2>

<p>·&nbsp; <strong>U.S. Citizenship required</strong> due to access to defense-controlled information.</p><p>·&nbsp; Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp; Minimum 5 years of experience as an <strong>SAP functional analyst or IT business analyst</strong> supporting <strong>Transportation Management (TM)</strong> or <strong>Logistics Execution (LE)</strong> in an <strong>aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing</strong> environment.</p><p>·&nbsp; Strong understanding of <strong>freight order management, shipment planning, delivery processing, and goods movement integration</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp; Proven experience integrating TM/LE with <strong>Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)</strong> and <strong>Production Operations</strong>.</p><p>·&nbsp; Demonstrated ability to <strong>independently lead cross-functional design and integration</strong> efforts.</p><p>·&nbsp; Experience with <strong>Jira</strong> and <strong>SAP Focused Build</strong> for managing requirements, backlog, and sprint execution.</p><h2>Desired Skills</h2>

<ul><li>Familiarity with <strong>Government Sell-Off (DD250)</strong> and <strong>DCMA shipping documentation</strong>.</li><li>Understanding of <strong>SAP Event Management</strong>, <strong>Global Trade Services (GTS)</strong>, and <strong>Export Compliance</strong> workflows.</li><li>Experience with <strong>carrier integration</strong>, <strong>EDI</strong>, and <strong>shipment tracking solutions</strong>.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a <strong>high-visibility, fast-paced production environment</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Pay Information</strong></p><p><strong>GeoZone Definition:</strong> GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States.
