<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for a motivated and technically minded&nbsp;Junior Technician to join our cinema equipment rental team. The role involves preparing, testing, maintaining, and supporting professional film and cinema equipment for productions, shoots, and events.&nbsp;The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced rental environment.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Prepare, test, clean, and inspect cinema cameras, lenses, monitors, wireless systems, and related equipment.</li>

<li>Assist with equipment check-outs, check-ins, packing, and inventory.</li>

<li>Build and test camera packages according to production requirements.</li>

<li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate more complex problems to senior technicians.</li>

<li>Perform routine maintenance and report damaged or faulty equipment.</li>

<li>Assist technicians and clients with equipment setup and basic technical support.</li>

<li>Keep rental equipment organized, labeled, and ready for the next production.</li>

<li>Maintain accurate records of equipment, accessories, batteries, cables, and other inventory.</li>

<li>Help load and unload equipment safely when required.</li>

<li>Follow company procedures for equipment handling, testing, and safety.</li>

<li>Stay current with new cinema technology and equipment.</li>

<li>Responsibilities may evolve over time; employees maybe asked to take on additional duties as needed to support business priorities</li>

<p><strong>What Will Help You Thrive</strong></p>

<li>Basic knowledge of professional cinema or video equipment.</li>

<li>Familiarity with cameras, lenses, monitors, batteries, media, cables, and accessories is preferred.</li>

<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>

<li>Ability to troubleshoot problems logically.</li>

<li>Comfortable working with hands and handling expensive technical equipment responsibly.</li>

<li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>

<li>Willingness to learn new equipment and technical processes.</li>

<li>Previous rental-house, production, camera assistant, or technical experience is a plus but not required.</li>

<li>Experience with professional cinema cameras and lenses.</li>

<li>Basic understanding of SDI, HDMI, timecode, power, and wireless video/audio systems.</li>

<li>Familiarity with camera builds and production workflows.</li>

<li>Basic computer and inventory management skills.</li>

<p>This is a hands-on role in a professional cinema rental environment. The position may involve lifting and moving equipment, working flexible hours around production schedules, and occasionally assisting with early-morning, late-night, or weekend rentals.</p>
