QC & Hygiene Engineer Specialist.

<p>Job Summary:</p>

<p>Responsible for maintaining high hygiene and quality standards across the factory, ensuring compliance with GMP and QA requirements, and preventing microbiological contamination and foreign object hazards.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<p>* Monitor factory hygiene and ensure compliance with QA and GMP standards.<br>* Conduct daily pre-operational checks to identify hygiene and foreign object hazards.<br>* Monitor employees’ personal hygiene and GMP compliance.<br>* Ensure production areas are clean and safe for operation.<br>* Inspect and release production areas after maintenance activities.<br>* Maintain hygiene and quality records and submit required reports.<br>* Train and guide employees on hygiene, GMP, and food safety practices.<br>* Report and follow up on hygiene and quality non-conformities.</p>

<p>Qualifications:</p>

<p>* Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.<br>* 6 months to 2 years of experience in QC, Hygiene, or Food Safety, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.<br>* Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.<br>* Strong observation and communication skills.<br>* Resident of 10th of Ramadan, Zagazig, or Belbeis</p>
